Dye Sublimation offers full-color, edge-to-edge designs. We print, cut and sew each shirt in-house for awesome results.

We can match any school, club or corporate colour you need via the sublimation process. Sublimation is the permanent application of ink onto material via high pressure and temperature. The design, logo’s and numbers are all incorporated into the print, which creates endless possibilities. Please supply any reference (PANTONE or sample) of your colours so we can make sure the end result is to your approval. Note that colours may vary slightly due to unexpected variables.

Sublimation printing works by printing out the artwork onto a sheet of heat resistant paper with a sublimation printer.

The ink used by the printer is formulated to react to the high heat and pressure administered by a sublimation heat press. The print out contains the complete, full-color art and it is laid onto the blank fabric.

In the Heat press, the dye is released from the sheet as a gas and the print is absorbed by the material.

Once the transfer is complete, the print is locked into the finished product permanently.

Numbering can be done when printing eliminating the need to have hot sweaty plastic numbers on the back.

In some instances, prices can be cheaper than tradition-panelled garments with the additional costs of embroidery, numbers, lettering and screen-printing.

How to Measure

• Step 1
   

  Choose your Favorite fitting shirt

  Make sure it’s a Polo shirt if you are choosing a Polo, a Dress shirt if you are choosing a Dress shirt or Tee if choosing a Tee.

• Step 2
   

  Lay the Shirt Flat on the table.

  This is the easy part, now smooth the shirt flat.

• Step 3
   

  Measuring

  Measure approx 2.5cm down from where the sleeve is sewn on the body.

• Step 4
   

  Half chest measurements

  Measure from the invisible 2.5cm down mark across the shirt, go from seam to seam.

  (Example: after measuring your shirt has a 57cm half cheast measurement.)

You will be informed when the package is on its way to your door. Simple as that.

2) Send us an Email or Whatsapp (For custom designs)

When you are ready to order custom sublimation wear, phone or email us and we will assist in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction. We will take all your details and order info. We\’ll will send you pricing and confirm your delivery dates. a quotation will be forwarded to confirm the order. Next, you can start with the creative process. Send all your logo’s and artwork requests to us and we will forward you mockups from where you can make changes until you reach your final proof. Once you approve the design your job will be sent to the printer for layouts and printing, after which it will be pressed onto the material and then manufactured. If you need any information on your order you can contact your us and we will update you. When your job is done we will be in contact with you for delivery details. As easy as that!

Custom Specifications

Please ensure an electronic version (e.g. Photoshop, Corel draw / PDF / EPS / TIFF / JPEG) of the logos required are sent through with your orders. Please check the proof that will be sent to you for logo positioning and colours. If you need a new logo designed or if we have to redraw a logo or emblem due to poor quality sample, there might be extra charges and proofs will be sent to you for approval. A clear sample or example will be needed for a redraw of logos. All corporate logos supplied as vector artwork MUST comply with Logo Guides.

Format

ELECTRONIC The preferred format for logos is in vector format that is CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator files (or PDF / EPS if converted from original files). Otherwise a TIFF, Bitmap or JPEG with a high resolution. HARD COPY If there is not an electronic version of the logo available, the logo will need to be supplied as a good quality hard copy. This can be a paper copy or laser printout but a redraw charge will be added to your order.

Font

Provide font names where applicable or when sending artwork, convert all fonts to curves.

Sign-Off

Ensure that all details on proof forms are checked and approved with a signed copy or via email or Whatsapp.
